Thangamayil Jewellery Limited (TMJL) is a publicly listed Indian jewellery retailer based out of Madurai. Thangamayil Jewellery primarily sells gold, silver, diamonds and platinum jewellery. The company's flagship store is located in Madurai and is selling jewellery with BIS hallmarking license since 2001. Thangamayil Jewellery sources its jewellery from other Indian states such as Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala and West Bengal. The company also retails its products via its online store.

History
Thangamayil was originally established in 1947 as Balu Jewellery in Madurai. It became a private limited company in 2000. In 2008 Thangamayil purchased Balsam Silvers to expand its business. In January 2010, Thangamayil Jewellery held its initial public offering (IPO) for Rs. 28.75 crore.
